Not only was Barrington the jam, Texas Pro DJ provided an extremely user friendly portal where you could make your own playlist, a 'do not play' list (which is equally important), and also add what songs to play for what event (i.e. first dance). Barrington definitely played a lot of songs off our playlist but he also threw in songs that aligned with what our "style" was. Needless to say, the dance floor was never empty and we have a ton of videos to prove it was the dance party we've ever thrown. Ordained DJs?
I was at a Wedding in 2005 and the minister did not show up. Our Bride, understandably so, was furious. Finding another minister on such short notice was almost impossible as we were 40 miles from the closest town. That's when I decided, my DJ's will obtain their ordained minister certificate just in case we have to perform the ceremony. I know it's crazy, and we've never ever had to use it, but you never know, right?
